Marsha Carner
Supervisory Committee member since 2006
Marsha Carner is a retired elementary school teacher, having taught for 32 years with the Evergreen School District. After graduating from Clark College with an Associate’s Degree, she received her Bachelor’s Degree from Seattle University and her Master’s Degree from Lewis and Clark. Marsha has been very involved in the community, serving on the Fort Vancouver Days Board, Leadership Clark County, Northwest Council of Computer Education and Evergreen Community Auction, as well as helping with iQ Credit Union’s own “Read With Me” program.
